Conseil communautaire Séance du 24 SEPTEMBRE 2020 EXTRAIT DU REGISTRE DES DÉLIBÉRATIONS DU CONSEIL COMMUNAUTAIRE N° 39 Titre / GESTION ET PREVENTION DES DÉCHETS - RAPPORT D’ACTIVITÉ POUR L’ANNEE 2019 Monsieur Alain DRAPEAU expose que : Conformément à l’article L.2224-17-1 du Code Général des Collectivités Territoriales, il est présenté un rapport annuel sur le Service public de prévention et de gestion des déchets ménagers et assimilés, destiné notamment à l'information des usagers. Ce document, qui s'inscrit dans une volonté de transparence vis-à-vis du public, comporte un certain nombre d'indicateurs techniques et financiers, tels que mentionnés dans le nouveau décret n°2015-1827 du 30 décembre 2015. Ce décret est pris en application de l’article 98 de la loi n°2015-992 du 17 août 2015 relative à la transition énergétique pour la croissance verte. Il est rappelé que le service d’élimination des déchets fait l'objet d'un budget annexe au budget principal. Quelques éléments marquants sur l’année 2018 : Les OMA (Ordures ménagères + déchets recyclables + verre) représentent 379.6 kg/hab./an. Par rapport à 2018, ce chiffre est en baisse de 1%, soit 3.7 kg/hab./an. Les DMA (OMA + déchèteries) représentent 618 kg/hab./an. Par rapport à 2018, ce chiffre est en baisse de 2.2%, soit 13.7 kg/hab./an.
