Le système de propulsion électrique NPT30-I2, développé par ThrustMe, utilise un propergol solide à base d'iode pour répondre aux besoins des satellites de nouvelle génération. Ce système intelligent et clé en main permet des manœuvres critiques comme le déploiement, les changements d'orbite, l'évitement de collisions et la désorbitation en fin de vie, réduisant ainsi les débris spatiaux et libérant des orbites opérationnelles. Le système a été lancé à bord du satellite NorSat-TD, renforçant les capacités norvégiennes en navigation et exploitation de satellites en orbite basse. La mission vise aussi à améliorer la sécurité spatiale via des systèmes de surveillance et de gestion du trafic. Le financement de ce projet a été assuré par le CNES (agence spatiale française) et la Commission européenne dans le cadre du projet EMBRACE II financé par l'UE.
